Jiujiang Mitsubishi Exhaust Gas Economizer（EGE）

Overview

Exhaust gas economizer is designed to recover the heat from diesel engine exhaust gas. This is a water tube, forced circulation economizer with 0.5-3.0t/h capacity, which is mono pressure type. Saturated steam of 0.6-.0.7MPag is generated for general service. Exhaust gas economizer is used in conjunction with an auxiliary boiler or an exclusive steam drum to separate steam / water. The heating surface is made of spiral fin tubes with a spacing which minimizes soot deposit. The design with bare tubes is also available. Soot blower with steam compressed air is supplied for cleaning.
