Technical features

① Gas combustion technology featuring combined forced diffusion combustion and premixed combustion, flue gas recirculation and non-chemical equivalent low nitrogen is adopted.

② Automatic adjustment and control integration of each mechanism are achieved by the gas amount, combustion air, and circulating flue gas actuator adjustment system via CAN-Bus, and the fan inverter via 4 to 20 mA control technology.

③ Evaluated as per IEC61508, safety failure per hour is one 50 millionth in the high demand or continuous working mode, achieving a safety integrity level of SIL3 and reducing the risk by about 5000 times.

④ The human-machine interface of the control system is equipped with a Chinese touch screen to dynamically display the running status of the equipment, record the fault time in real time, and accurately locate the fault location and troubleshooting methods.

⑤ NOx emission ≤ 30 mg/m³.
