Technical features

① The fuel burner uses a Y-type internal mixing atomizer.

② The gas burner is generally equipped with annular porous nozzles, adopts dynamic diffusion combustion, and features flame stability, no backfire and no blow-off.

③ High-performance igniter is adopted, featuring high ignition success rate and convenient maintenance.

④ A purge control program is provided to automatically blow the residual oil from the main gun into the furnace for combustion after the main flame is extinguished, so as to avoid high temperature carbonization of the nozzle.

⑤ The metering mode of variable frequency oil pump regulating oil quantity

⑥ The fuel burners are suitable for various types of fuels with a kinematic viscosity of not more than 1800×10^-6 m²/s at 50°C.

⑦ The gas burners are suitable for various types of gas with a low calorific value of not less than 3000 kcal/m³ in the standard state.

⑧ Atomizing media: compressed air, steam.

⑨ Especially suitable for large marine boilers or other industrial boilers, power station boiler, industrial kilns, etc.
